Another loss... more questions!

So jayhawk fans... another dud by the hawks over the weekend. I was so happy that the game was on local TV... but wish I would not have seen it! What happened to the killer mentality? Why is this team having trouble with these teams? Why can we not guard these teams like we were in the beginning of the season? I think they look tired and not as motivated. This year’s team has a great chance this year! They need to get their heads in the game and play to their ability… not down to the competition. I am sick of Brandon and the rest of the crew being so darn passive on offense. Brandon is a really good player that needs to learn how to take over when the team needs a lift! We should have won on Saturday. Things need to change soon… or they are going to lose everything they have worked so hard for. Right now… I expect they are a #2 seed. To earn a #1 they need to win out… including the BIG XII tournament. Can they do it… yes. Will they?

Another loss... more questions!

I was there and it wasn't any better in person. They just looked flat until the last 8 minutes or so. You can't just turn it on that late and expect to win.

I will give OSU some credit. Well at least Eaton. He is just about impossible to keep out of the lane, and Robinson was the only one who even came close. Robinson, Jackson and Kaun were the only guys who showed up with any fire. The rest of the team looked lost and confused and Rush in particular continues to be too unselfish. He just completely disappears for huge stretches and there is absolutely no reason that he shouldn't shot 8-10 free throws per game. I am pretty sure he attempted 1.

Hopefully they can move on and put this game out of their memories.
